About Tori Amos
Eight time Grammy Award nominated Troi Amos is an American trained classical musician having a mezzo-soprano vocal range. In addition to singing, Amos also writes songs, plays piano and composes music for her millions of fans all over the world. She started her career in a music group 'Y Kant Tori Read' in 1980's but afterwards she began singing solo in early 1990's. Amos presently is one of the most distinguished female singer and song-writer in the world. In the beginning of her career, she also got extensive attention as being one of the few solo artists performing alternative rock with piano as her primary instrument.
'A Sorta Fairytale' is Amos' most commercially successful single in United States since its release till date. Her singles which were also rated high on different charts are 'God', 'Conrflake Girls', 'Silent All these Years' and 'Crucify' among others. She has so far won or nominated for a number of awards and has sold more than 12 million albums worldwide.
Amos also co-authored an autobiography with Ann Power (a rock music journalist) which was released in collaboration with 'The Beekeeper' in 2005. Tori Amos together with her work in music is widely discussed in a number of books and academic critique. She released her first album 'Night of hunters' in 2011 in which she gave tribute to various well know composers and musicians. Few of her famous studios albums are 'Little Earthquake (1992)', 'From the Choirgirl Hotel (1998)', 'Abnormally Attracted to Sins (2009)' and 'Night of Hunters (2011)'.

Greek Theater is a famous Los Angeles Theater located t Griffith Park, Los Angeles California. The theater was originally built in 1929 and is managed and operated by Nederlander Organization. Greek theater is owned by the city of Los Angeles and designed by Samuel Tildon Norton. The theater' stage is built in the form of a Greek Temple.
The land of Greek Theater was actually belonged to a wealthy Landowner Griffith J. Griffith and he donated the same with the idea to build a theater. Over a period of time, particularly in 1950's, the theater was thoroughly renovated so as to upgrade it with better seating, lighting and sound system. However, in later years, the theater' renovations were resulted in reduction of its seating capacity from 6,187 in 1983 to 6,162 in 1995 and further to 5,700 in 2004.
